Our Services
At Housing Plus we work with the young person and the professional team around them to create an environment that promotes personal growth and success.
Individualised support prepares young people for independent living as confident, capable and responsible citizens.
We help young people access education, training, and work. With guidance and encouragement, they explore new experiences and build a brighter future for themselves and their community.

Accommodation
Our settings are Ofsted-registered and exclusively for 16–17-year-old looked-after children and care leavers. Young people have their own keys and the freedom to come and go, while staying connected with staff.
Each property is based in a welcoming, multicultural neighbourhood. We focus on creating calm, stable and secure homes.
Safe and comfortable homes
Young people have their own furnished bedroom with WiFi, a lockable door and optional TV. Shared kitchens and bathrooms help build a sense of community.
Thoughtfully designed spaces
Homes feature calming décor and communal areas designed to bring people together. CCTV is used only in shared areas and only for safeguarding.
High standards throughout
We maintain clean, well-kept homes to the highest standards of safety and security. Regular checks ensure all spaces are cared for and comfortable.
Accessible locations
All settings are close to transport links, shops and local services. Our main office is in Willesden, with satellite offices at each setting to ensure consistent support.
Support and key working
Many young people arrive at Housing Plus having experienced trauma or instability. We’re here to make sure they feel safe, heard and supported every step of the way.
Support is co-designed around each person’s needs. This includes language, learning, cultural or physical considerations. A personalised plan sets the path forward, and we work together to make it real.
Personalised planning
Each young person has a structured induction and planning meeting. Together, we build their Preparation for Independence Programme, tools for life beyond care.
Education and engagement
We support school, college and apprenticeship attendance, and help young people discover local spaces and activities that enrich their free time.
Having a voice
We ensure every young person knows how to speak up, access advocacy, and be heard in their home and community.
Ongoing support
With regular key working sessions, progress is reviewed, celebrated and actioned. Support is documented and shared to ensure continuity and is available 24/7, year-round.
