Ofsted Regulation 32
Our six-monthly Ofsted Regulation 32 report for the period July to December 2025 has focused on Health and Wellbeing, with extensive feedback from young people and external stakeholders confirming we are supporting young people to achieve and thrive. Even so, we will continue to review practice and strive to be even better through our daily team meetings and regular Senior Leadership Team offsite sessions.
Arsenal Stadium Tour
In response to feedback from the young people that they really wanted to visit the Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal Football Club, the HP team agreed to support any young person consistently achieving 100% college attendance to take a stadium tour. There was much excitement when the tour went ahead, with highlights including the Directors’ Box, Players’ Entrance, Home Dressing Room, Players’ Tunnel, Pitchside, Press Conference Room and Media Lounge.

At the end of the tour, one young person described the experience as a “dream come true” and expressed how grateful he felt. Later, we organised a celebratory lunch, where young people enjoyed pizza and continued animated conversations about football. They could not stop smiling. One of our young people also received an additional attendance reward from college for maintaining 100% attendance – a reflection of sustained commitment and positive progress.

Boxing Champion
After extensive support to co-design and identify the right boxing gym, one of our young people has recently won a boxing championship – proudly taking home a trophy in recognition of his dedication and hard work.

Our Second Home
Through our long-standing relationship with Our Second Home, several young people attended a residential experience where they were able to build confidence, reflect, and open up in a supportive and empowering environment.
