Since 2001, Housing Plus has provided high-quality supported accommodation for 16–17 year-old looked-after children and care leavers. We help young people feel safe, supported and at home as they develop the skills and confidence needed for independent living.
We’re based in North-West London and welcome young people from across the UK and beyond. We have specialist experience supporting separated young people seeking asylum and accept referrals for all looked-after young people, based on careful matching. Inclusivity, community and ambition sit at the heart of everything we do.
